Who is eligible for in-home wound care services?

Patients with chronic, non-healing, or post-surgical wounds may qualify. This includes diabetic ulcers, pressure sores, vascular wounds, and other complex skin injuries.

Yes. Most insurance plans—including Medicare—require a physician’s referral and a documented medical necessity for in-home skilled wound care.

Yes. We coordinate directly with your existing home health agency or medical team to deliver specialized wound care while ensuring continuity of care and no duplication of services.

How soon can care begin after I’m referred?

In most cases, we can initiate care within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your completed referral and verifying insurance benefits.

Our intake team will reach out to you directly, verify your insurance, gather your health history, and schedule your first home visit as soon as possible.

Yes. For urgent or high-risk cases, we do our best to expedite intake and can often provide same-day or next-day service, depending on availability and medical urgency.
